Location: Meet on the 7th floor (exit through the double doors to go outside) at 6:30 AM and we will walk over the ESPA Spa together. If you miss the group, head directly to the ESPA Spa desk to be directed to the class.

Vinyasa will build your strength, flexibility and stamina. This practice incorporates flowing breath with movement through standing and balancing sequences followed by seated postures that will strengthen your core and increase your flexibility. The small-group class is open to all levels, offering variations and modifications. You’ll leave feeling energized, invigorated and well-balanced.

TUESDAY

Location: Meet on the 7th floor (near the Rooftop Pavilion) at 1:50pm & we will walk over to ESPA Spa, where you will get set-up for Flamingo Yoga. If you miss us, please head directly to ESPA Spa Desk and they will direct you to the lawn.

Hone your yoga moves in the Rosewood Garden with the ultimate experts of balancing on one leg – the Baha Mar flamingos.

This session makes for a uniquely memorable experience; the flamingos love the feel and texture of yoga mats and are curious to join in. These small, intimate classes include a team member who works with and cares for the flamingos, making it a fun and lighthearted yoga adventure for all.

12:45 PM Shuttle | 1:10 PM Rolling Tee Times
TUESDAY

Location: Meet in the lobby at 12:45 PM for the shuttle to the Royal Blue Golf Course. Upon arrival to the course, players will be served boxed lunches & tee times will kick off on a rolling basis starting at 1:10 PM. Shuttles will return players to the hotel at the end of play.

The back-nine transports you to limestone"moonscapes" and elevation changes, making Royal Blue a stunning golf course to see — and a thrilling challenge to play. Each morning the grounds crew place tee locations on the Royal Blue course according to the changing Nassau, The Bahamas weather and playing conditions, ensuring a unique experience each time you play.

Meeting Location: Due to winds on this side of the island, please meet in the lobby at 2:10 PM to be escorted to a shuttle to an off-site marina.

Cruise along the gorgeous turquoise waters of Nassau’s coastline aboard the state-of-the-art “Sol-Mate” catamaran. The 2-hour private tour will allow you to experience Nassau’s crystal clear waters with drinks, snacks, and music throughout the experience.

Location: Meet in the lobby between 2-2:15 PM and we'll walk over to the Tennis Center together.

The John McEnroe Tennis Center at Baha Mar serves up six professional hard courts, two Har-Tru clay courts, six pickleball courts, and a pro shop where our dedicated team of professionals are at your service, offering top-of-the-line equipment.

TUESDAY

Location: Head over to the Baha Bay Beach Club (through the Baha Bay Waterpark entrance). We have reserved Poolside Cabanas 7, 8 and 9.

Why choose between the pool and the beach? Stretched between a grove of swaying palms and pure white sands, the Baha Bay Beach Club offers the best of both worlds. At the edge of Cable Beach, our two infinity pools offer dazzling views of turquoise waters in a luxe setting while you bask in the ample poolside lounge areas or unwind in the hammocks and daybeds.

Location: Meet in the SLS Lobby at 3:50 PM and the group will walk over to The Kitchen for our class.

If you miss the group, walk from the lobby towards the casino floor, past Sports Book and into the shopping corridor. After Cafe Madeleine, exit outside and take the stairs down. From there, make a right and you'll soon see The Kitchen.

Shake, stir pour and garnish you'll learn it all in this exciting mixology class! Drink your way through this class sampling locally-driven drinks and chef inspired bar bites.
