The Outcome Summit is an executive experience that will focus on the future of outcomes and how we can collectively and strategically drive business results. Attendees can expect engaging content sessions and meaningful networking opportunities - all in a picture-perfect environment.

If you are arriving early, please check-in to the hotel as usual. On Monday, between 12-4pm, please follow signage to the escalator to the lower lobby for event registration.

For those arriving March 3rd between 12pm-4pm, please follow signage to the escalator to the lower lobby for hotel check-in and event registration. At all other times, check-in will take place in the main lobby. One of our team members will also be standing by to help you sign up for activities if you have not done so already.

Yes. As you exit Baggage Claim, proceed to the Baha Mar Welcome Lounge on your left to connect with your driver. On Monday, look for The Outcome Summit signage.

To return to the airport: 3 hours before your flight's departure time, please proceed out of the front doors of the hotel and go to the bell stand directly to your right. There at the bell stand, let the bellman know you have pre-arranged transportation with MTS and they will direct you to your driver.

If you are checking out March 5th, check-out time is 11am. We recommend guests bring their bag to the lobby for storage before heading to the Rooftop Pavilion for programming & meals.

We're in the Bahamas in the midst of beautiful weather - no stuffy attire needed! Please dress comfortably for the weather and don't forget your sunglasses!

All content sessions & breakout groups will be outside. For Main Stage content, seating will be under a covered pavilion.

Absolutely! One of our team members will be standing by at check-in to help you sign-up or change your activity selections, including morning yoga and our Tuesday afternoon activities (golf, flamingo yoga, catamaran, pickleball & tennis, beach cabanas, mixology class).

On the back of your name badge, you will see your session assignment.

Breakout Groups 1 & 2 will remain on the rooftop pavilion. The remaining groups will take the lobby downstairs and head to the Privilege Pool.

All dietary restrictions provided at registration have been accounted for. If you did not list any restrictions on your registration form, please alert the Attain team when you arrive.

Yes! We have networking breaks, outdoor activities, evening dinners & receptions, and small group discussions. Check the agenda for specific times.

To allow for an open forum, sessions are not live streamed or recorded. All conversation are off-the-record.

Due to capacity restrictions, we are unable to accomodate additional guests during summit events. However, we welcome guests to join for drinks after the Welcome Party on Monday or after dinner on Tuesday.
